    hi guys,prob the wrong thread but looking for some advise for my cousin if possible,he wants to gift his brother a site but is worried now he will get donr for a large amount of tax,capital gain i think or maybe gift tax?any way to avoid this?

    Yes could be CGT, could also be Gift tax. They're complex. Best advice for your cousin is - get professional advice.
