    Hi there,

My boyfriend and I are looking at buying a house in Moreen Close in Sandyford. I saw a previous post on here where there would a lot of negative comments about the place. Just wondering is that still the case or has it improved? Looking for a nice area with good schools. All comments welcome.

    Thanks in advance,
    D

I lived on Moreen Walk for two years (until last year) and had no problems at all. The area is grand, shops are convenient and of course the industrial estate and Luas very handy. Houses are a mixed bunch, ours was bitterly cold during the cold winter two years ago.

The school across the road has a poor reputation but Olafs is nearby and quite good (apparently).
