best charolais bull

    Well lads,, I'm going changing my bull he is a sim , kilbride farm newry, good heifers off him .I haven't been looking at charolais in a while last I had was a ch52 had great stock off him but have some cows off him still.so can ye help what are the best charolais lines for weanlings /with milk for replacement s . Ill go around 3 or 3 half k

    I'm after buying a pirate line. Had a Vicomte before that. Went for an easier calving bull with better replacement figures. Last lad was all about terminal traits. Great calves but big. Pirate, from my research, is fairly sought after and I'm hopeful for the year ahead. You can do all the research you like but lady luck has a lot to play!!

    No matter what bloodline you chose it will only account for 50%.
    So, try if possible to see the dam.
