    Yes, 500ml tub €2.90!! Down from €6.16...

And if you're lucky enough to have got an 'Irish Family Favourites' coupon flyer in the letterbox this week, you can get yourself an extra €1 off with their B&J ice-cream coupon

I don't normally buy this overpriced ice-cream, but I couldn't refuse it at that price... especially on a Friday night :pac:

Mmmm - should really stock up on it. Can't deny it's a great price for it! Only ever buy it when it's on sale, full price is crazy expensive.

Been a while since I've had a decent cheat day anyway...probably gonna end up picking up 4 tubs tomorrow just to have them being honest lol, should go well with the pancakes I missed on Tuesday.

Self control goes out the window when I find Ben & Jerry's on sale :pac:

If you're an online shopper, they have a code for 'family favourites' for 5 euro off when you purchase 5 items listed under those favourites. Some ben and jerry flavors are included, so you end up getting 5 tubs for 9.50.

worth mentioning that Dunnes have Haagen Daas on half price at the moment too, I think its €3.07 for 500ml. Not as nice as B&J but still pretty decent.

I think between Haagen Das and B&J there seems to be a half price offer on one or the other throughout much of the year. Or at least it feels that way recently, maybe because its winter and in the summer it'll be stump up €6 a tub with only limited sales. Lately though it feels like a good time to stock up, thats if you can trust yourself, I know I can't !

Yes I got those too, we must have all signed up for some Unilever freebie on boards and now our details are being used to send out promotional vouchers.

it might not, often Tesco don't run offers in Metro stores, especially the one in Temple Bar

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 828 ✭✭✭bored_newbie

Should the Tesco voucher codes come off the online total? ie the eCoupon mentioned earlier - RXXJGNH.

I have a basket worth €30. I applied the code and it says the total is now €25 but then I get the Visa security code page, which asks me to confirm payment of €30. Weird.

This offer is on in the Temple bar one. I seen it on Friday

Just wondering if this offer was still on? I went into Tesco's Baggot st. (not a Metro store) and there was no signage for this in the relevant sections. Checked with a staff member and they knew nothing about this offer. On another note, 50% of the freezers had broken so lots of melting products!

First 7 products when you check online via link are still €2.90 - (correct as of 23/2/15)

Only 2 on offer now are Minter Wonderland and Satisfy My Bowl at €3.08 (24/2/15)

There should be a thread for B&J and Haagen Dasz offers.

Feels like there is always one of the supermarkets having them on offer but you never know which one.

Visited Tesco Paul Street today and the peanut butter one was full price.

Picked up Minter Wonderland and Satisfy my Bowl for half price.

Looks like some of you lucky BA(stards) wiped out all the Caramel Chew Chew flavour! :pac:

That flavour should definitely be half price, have bought it at two different Tesco's in Cork. The staff at that store don't seem to ever do their jobs properly - there is ALWAYS a pricing issue whenever I shop there.

You should have bought a few tubs of Peanut Butter Cup, and you would have gotten double the difference on each tub - meaning free ice-cream! :D That'll show 'em!

haha that reminds me of the time I cycled a 5km return journey to Tesco to satisfy a craving for Skittles. I was using a calorie counting app at the time and my calories burnt cycling the 5km were almost identical to a packet of Skittles, it was calorie neutral snacking at its best :pac:

    Nope, back to €6+ each.
Minter Wonderland and Satisfy My Bowl are €3.08 each now, on a separate promotion.
