    at a guess...insurance companies....as a lot of farmers are surly insured against the like of this happening??

    Chip all the cattle and gps track them.It will cost a bit but insurance companies should insist on it and maybe some government grants to subsides them as well.
    In other cow news this made me sad ..poor cows.. fairly shook after this I would say.

    35 robbed this year....ffs..be cheaper to compensate the farmers than catch the rustlers. Bung them €550 a head and forget about it. Write the money off under "rural employment grants"..
