Anyone know anything about this or applied for it themselves?
I am currently on JSB having come off a CE scheme. I know I will be soon moving to JSA as my 9 months must near be up. When I rang my local SW office I was told that time on the scheme doesn't count towards the requirements, yet on their information sheet it states that it does. Now I'm propably jumping ahead of myself, but I've applied for a job (part time) that I'm hoping to have some good news from & wanted to know would I be entitled to it. That was why I rang them.

    Any insight from anyone appreciated!

My understanding is that time on the scheme counts. However you have to sign off all SW payments, so you cannot go on Xs and Os if in part time employment.
