    Hi,

    I was in contact with Sadie in the parish office last week (Monday 9th Feb). She said she would send out some forms that I need and if I don't have them by Friday to contact her again.

    I never got them and I cannot seem to get in contact with anyone there again. Tried the 012874025 number and 012819252 number and it always rings out. I've also sent an email with no response.

    I'm living in Limerick so its not a matter of just popping into them.

    Any help appreciated!
