Looking to buy a new frame and fit all the parts from old bike. Any suggestions as to good place to buy a aluminum or steel frame with a budget of €400? Something more race than tour. Or suggest good makes with that kind of budget?

I've bought various types of frames online over the years from Chainreactioncycles, Evans, Planet X, bike24.de, Ribble. Have a look at their websites.
