Slow drain in Shower - Own septic tank - What to do?

    Hi there,

    I have whats become a very slow draining drain in my bathroom shower. The sink is slightly slow draining too but no where near as slow as the shower.

    I'm looking for tips or advice on fixing it myself.

    I should point out I have a Biocycle septic tank thing so I can't put bleach down the drains.

    Incredibly obvious/stupid question, but.....you've tried a plunger?
