One record on your desert Island?

Whatever else you have on this desert island, you have only access to music through a record player that plays just 1 record ( standard a side and b side- no double/multi disc albums allowed)

assuming any standard album you want, past/present, currently in production can be created in record form..what would you choose?

my choice- Dark Side of the Moon- a repeatable classic

There are albums that I like more but if I'm only able to listen to one then I'd have to pick one that's long but also has a lot of variety which The White Album has in spades.

I don't think it's allowed - it's a double LP.

My choice would have been Fleetwood Mac's Tusk but that's also double vinyl.

So I'll go for Malcolm McLaren's Duck Rock.

I can listen to it from start to finish or in random order and I still listen to every track. The songs have aged well too.

Forth by the Verve. Easily their best album. Appalachian Springs, Muhammad Ali, Columbo and Numbness are all excellent
Psychedelic Pill by Neil Young & Crazy Horse another recent classic, not for everyones taste though. Walk Like a Giant and Ramada Inn are two masterpieces
