New Doctors for Rathdown Park?

Hi, read the planning permission on a house that's just been sold near me. Two doctors looking to extend the house.. Anyone know if it's intended to be a new surgery? Great to have a new doctors not so sure about the parking problems it could bring.

The planning application will provide the answer. I haven't looked at it but.....

It could be two doctors who want to live in a bigger house.

If there's no mention of a 'change of use' (from residential to commercial or to doctor's surgery) then their intended use should be residential.
