    Hi guys

Finishing a house that's in a small state. It is buikt on a services site and I recently purchased it and finishing the house

I know I'll need to talk to the council efc for costs but would this be treated as a once off house and charged accordingly ?

I mean all the services are there , they just need to be connected. Do ye think this would be cheaper ?

Also Esb seems to be 1800 but that includes 3 poles !! This is in an estate so would this be cheaper ?

No is the short answer, its three poles regardless. Some they win some they lose!
