Rebuilding LG G2 (Lollipop hopefully?)

Hi all, I've an LG G2 I bought from eglobal central. From the software version number D80220C-466-92 I think it was intended for the Taiwanese market originally.... it's now running Kit Kat 4.4.2

Anyhow I switched the keyboard to English and removed all the Asian bloatware and its been perfect except I've no 3 or 4g. I just use home/work Wi-Fi generally anyhow....

Recently though I'm getting random reboots and pretty much all apps crashing regularly (eg "unfortunately ultimate rugby has stopped" etc) also seeing "process com.android.systemui has stopped" a lot and it might take 5 mins and multiple reboots to get phone to respond normally again(?)

Anyhow I'm wondering what's the best/easiest was to rebuild and in fact also get lollipop onto this phone if at all possible to hopefully save it and my sanity?

Am happy enough to download whatever i need and flash phone if the source is reliable etc.

Appreciate any help and TIA ;)
