Hi all,
Just posting a quick thread about the Cadetship for AerLingus, hopefully they will be ongoing for a while. Looking some info from guys who recently got through the stages or know people who got through the whole process and got a position, about the academic side of things, I have a decent Leaving Certificate and currently doing my privates pilots license, and also up to date near 9 years in the military. Are they looking for people with an honours degree etc or just a degree to impress or does it matter if you don't have a degree in something once you show a good aptitude from the stages? Any info on the academic side of things, thanks.
