I would say a 1.2m but couldn't guarantee all transponders would come through, but I am only going on Lyngsat footprint maps

    45: 85-105cm
    44: 95-120cm
    43: 105-135cm

Thanks, would imagine 1.2 meter ok in east of country however as you point out not all transponders might be availible due to weak signal in midlands area, thanks.

hi,just spotted this now,I tweaked a 1m dish for the brothers girlfriend a while back,ex girlfriend now, shes Romanian, and 1m was too small to get all the transponders, that is I got a signal on all the transponders but lost the signal in heavy showers, not thunder showers but just heavy rain,i have a 1.1 triax and although I don't visit digi tv much im not having any problems in poor weather,im in the east cork. i used one of those dark gold lnbs,it improved the signal by about 5 to 10% for her, hope that bit of info helped, regards

HD Channels will struggle on a 1.1 m that's motorized eventually.

Couple of times I've had it realigned and it's fine, but it has to be spot on.

Wind just nudge it slightly and some channels gone. All SD is more than fine though.

I pick it up on cheapo 98cm dish with a black inverto lnb. As stated above SD is good enough. location South East.
I believe the extra 10 quid for a good lnb is critical to get the weaker signals.
