So need to cook a chicken curry but one of the people coming is lactose intolerent.

Just want to make sure, coconut milk will be ok??

Also, anyone with a link to a nice tasty yet easy, recipe?

    Thanks in advance,

Yes, no lactose in coconut milk. It is present in yoghurt though, so avoid that in any recipes you search for too.

Why not use passata as a base so its more like a Rogan Josh than a Thai Curry.

    O might try that, thanks.

This cooking club Malaysian chicken curry recipe is so, so good and dairy free. Highly recommend. Just remembered I have a tub of the spices from the last time I made it! That's saturday sorted :)
