Broadband Speed - Foynes, Co. Limerick

    Hi,

    What are the maximum broadband speeds that should be expected in Foynes, Co. Limerick? I have an elderly Aunt living there and she currently gets around the 4Mbps download speed. Is there uncongested broadband available in Foynes? If I PM you the landline no. could you give me a reasonable expectation of what she should be achieving and I can take it from there about increasing her speed.
