Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Permission to sell - timescales?

Does anyone have an experience with the process in which Dublin city council issue a permission to sell to a vendor? This is in relation to ex-local authority land which has been sold on lease hold.

The process explained to me by my solicitor is that the vendor needs the signed contract at which point permission can be sought. He indicated that the process would take a number of weeks. Has anyone go through this and know roughly how long? Any tips on speeding it up from the buyers side?
