Hey, long story short - I changed address 9 months ago, and didn't bother changing my red paper license to new one but now I lost it apparently, pretty sure it's somewhere at home but too much crap at home to be able to find it, I drive a lot so I kind of need it. Is there a cheap/free way to get license without paying for…

I moved house recently and got one of the new licences for free as change of address is free however you have to handback your old one so if it's lost I don't know will they charge.
