I bought a Bathroom refit from them a couple of years ago. I found them very good to deal with. While I was there one day a lady brought back a Toilet and said the plumber had fit it for her and then discovered it was leaking.They could have argued the case that the plumber cracked it but didn't . They just told her bring it back and they would replace it for her FOC. Which I thought was very good customer relations and fair.
