Anyone looking forward to the imminent release of the new Audi A4 (B9)?

Looks very much evolutionary rather than revolutionary but then many Audi fans will like the slightly staid conservative lines of the A3/4/6/8 anyway.

I'm looking forward to it anyway and it will be high on my wish-list.

Yawn, very predictable and conservative but not one bit surprised. Here's hoping the real thing has a bit more thought and dare put into the design.

Dunno why they'd put much effort into the nose design on them to be honest. I only ever see the windscreens in my rear view mirror.

    A3 X 1.33333 = A4

Isn't AutoBild basically AutoExpress auf Deutsch?

    Another lazy rendition:

This is the newest rendition, I believe.

Looks similar to the Passat upgrade. Conservative, sharper lines. Probably improved interior with much LCD space! Still rather dull though. And FWD. The Jag XE will properly be the car to wait for in that class this year. I'm looking forward to seeing the Alfa Guilia too, that could be a gem.
In any case, the new A4 needs to be good. There are decent cars in that class now. New C-Class is excellent.

As an VAG fan and Audi driver I can't tell the difference between the new a3 saloon and the a4 it looks the same. Work got in a load of brand new a3s( I think) looks the same as the a4s parked next to them. At least the bought them in Quattro format! They look bland and uninspiring at least the cars of recent decades had character.

New A4 looks nothing like any of the renders shown above. Car wont be unveiled until July and will go on sale in Ireland in November.

Have a look at some spyshots here for a better idea of how it looks. Its quite different to current model.

At least the lack of change won't date the look of my B8 too much!!!

The 90% of them with Halogen lights and 16" wheels already look dated.

Phew I have 17's. How can those two thing specifically date the car? I would have thought the HID's were a more contemporary look?
