lost free view channels

    I have lost some of my TV channels this evening ( coming through my aerial )Channels still available are BBC 1234 and itv 1 and e4. Channels which are not showing this evening include itv 2 + 1 , itv 3, itv 4, yesterday , 5* among others. Any idea what may have happened. I have re scanned all channels . Signal strength is 10/ 10 but the signal quality is 0/10 for the non show channels.
