    Basically wanting to know what way if any can someone travel with others on a J1 where he/she doesn't attend college, dropped out 3 years ago.

    Nope.

    You could try a PCT Visa if you have experience and want to develop skills in the USA. RiRa Irish Pubs can sponsor you to work over there on said visa, but obviously you have to work in their pubs, and if you leave, you're visa will be cancelled.
