More than one P60

Just wondering has anyone else experienced similar to this.
OH's employer (agency) has issued two P60s for last year. One covered one contract with them, plus previous employment with another agency; so it has USC, PRSI and tax for employment term A (previous agency) and employment term B (current agency).
They then issued a second P60 which has the USC and PAYE tax correct for the two terms of employment (B & C) with them, but only the PRSI for term C with themselves.
They are saying to add the two P60s together to get the right amount - but it doesn't seem quite right to me because I only need to add the PRSI across the 2 certs, and not the USC or PAYE deductions.

The P60 is correct. PRSI isn't cumulative the way PAYE and USC are.

If you look at the second P60 it will have details for
    -gross pay this employment
    -gross pay from 1 January

Under the PRSI section it should say something like prsi this employment only and not cumulative.

    Thanks.
Still seems odd to me that they couldn't have put everything on one P60, since they were already including another employment. They have proved to be somewhat unreliable in other matters so it's good to know that this, at least, is OK.

Previous prsi doesn't affect new employment so they would not include this.

Way too complicated to go into the nuts and bolts of it but it shouldn't be included on the second P60.
