2000 corsa 1.2 is slow to start and randomly chugs/loses power whilst driving. It was parked up for months before I got it. Engine light comes on for a couple seconds when power reduces..I can't determine when it happens more as it's very random..garage did diagnostic and lambda sensor showed so replaced but still doing same thing (although they didn't see it happen when they test drove-happened to me two days later..car was parked over the wkend) could it b plugs? Ignition coil? Could a service fix it? Might it b fuel clog? It's like it doesn't get enough fuel all of a sudden. Help!

sound like air flow meter, disconnect it and see if it drives better

Ignition coil I'd say. Buy one then test the 4 of them till you find the dodgy one. Then replace the rest

Corsas are either the coil of the airmass how would a service fix something that's a problem now in all fairness

If it was the ignition coil it would do it continuously. when they fail the fail completely.
Id say mass air flow sensor

Sounds like the fuel pump, it's located underneath the back passenger seats.
