Hi,

I have an account with Ulster Bank that I have not been using. (I used to use it when I had a student credit card).

Unknown to me, I have been getting inactivity charges every month( I never knew inactivity charges existed). There were letters being sent to my parents house for the last 4-5 months. However I do not live there anymore, and didn't get the letters, so I never knew I was getting charged at all. I am going into Ulster Bank this weekend to pay off anything that I owe.

But what I am worried about is, will this affect my credit rating?
