    Hey,

My girlfriend and I are staying in Dublin next weekend for valentines. I'm getting the train to dublin from limerick on Friday and she's flying into dublin on Friday night. I plan on going from heuston station to the hotel checking in and then going to the airport. Train should arrive at 7 and her flight isn't in till around 9 so should have plenty of time but does anyone have any good instructions or ideas on how to get from Hueston to the hotel and then from the hotel to the airport. I don't really know dublin at all so imagine explaining to an infant :P

cheapest way would be hopping on the luas outside heuston and get off at busaras or abbey street. there is a bus terminal about 200 metres east of the abbey street luas stop outside the irish life centre. thats its location on street view https://goo.gl/maps/rwdBb any of the number 41 buses will stop about 150 metres down from the regency, the stop is outside home farm club which would be on your left.

to get to the airport from the regency just go back to that bus-stop you got off and the 16c and the 41 (not the 41b and 41c however) both go that route although the 41 is quicker.

quickest way is to just get a cab from heuston to the hotel if you are not familiar with dublin, should cost about 10-13 euro. you can easily get the 16 or 41 dublin bus across the street from the regency hotel direct to the airport once checked in

Thank you so much. Will probably get the taxi. Going straight from work to the train station so getting to the hotel quickly would give me time for a shower.
