    I wouldn't put up with it. To be fair shining a light at that angle across any wall will show imperfections, but that's taking the piss. Maybe show the plasterer the wall with the light on, not during the day when it wouldn't look as bad.

    Not great.

    Wall lights or Velux will highlight bad wall plastering.

    Your decision, if it's going to annoy you I'd look for it to be redone.
