Anyone else feel like their life is on hold due to depression? No energy. Can't get out of bed. No motivation to do anything. Have lost work or relationships because of it. I'm getting to the point where I can't really take it anymore. Just wondering are there people out there who feel similar. I'm 28. male and have been like this for more than a decade.

Hi Funtrepreneur, I've felt like that many times(still do sometimes), have you ever spoken to anyone about it?

your not alone, although it might feel the exact opposite. There are plenty of resources on line that will belp you take the right steps toward where you want to be, it's not easy from my experience. Be patient with yourself, change dosent happen over night. For me when i felt this way my first point of call was my local GP. They pointed me in the right direction.

Good luck OP, I truly wish you all the best.
