Windscreen seal

I've been wondering for ages why my windscreen keeps digging up for ages and I think I know now why.

It's a 08 Renault Trafic and between the the top of the dash and the windscreen there is a seal. It looks like when I was cleaning the windscreen at some stage that I have pushed this seal down by accident and I can now see a gap and with the bonnet up I can see day light.

The first pic shows the seal I am on about and the second pic show where I have pushed it too far down and the day light. Is there any way I can get this back into place?

Sorry it should read fogging up

I'm guessing that's just the scuttle panel (plastic trim outside along the bottom of the windscreen). I doubt that has anything to do with fogging up since your windscreen is probably bonded to the frame all around the perimeter.
Usual suspects are leaking door seals, ventilation set to recirculate instead of fresh air, blocked pollen filter or damp clothes/boots/mats left inside. Also check for wet spots around the footwells which may indicate blocked drainage holes under the scuttle panel (rain water fills up and leaks into the cabin through air vents) or a leaking heater matrix/pipe.

Hi it defenitly the trim at the bottom of the dash where it meets the windscreen. In the pic where you see light coming thought there is a black line. That's where the trim at the bottom of the dash has moved away from the windscreen and I'm wondering how do I put it back on?
