An Oil leak has appeared to have started at the oil filter housing. I changed the oil filter and o ring but this has not solved the issue. I'm more inclined to think there is an issue…

Hi,

I am having trouble with an oil leak and locating the actual problem. car has 240,000km on the clock and I change the oil every 10-12k. An Oil leak has appeared to have started at the oil filter housing. I changed the oil filter and o ring but this has not solved the issue. I'm more inclined to think there is an issue with oil return on breather system causing too much pressure on the oil filter housing.

Has anyone had any experience with this before?

There is a sensor down there near the filter that can leak also, have a look.
