Hi - as the title suggests, does anyone know anything about this housing development?
My mother is looking to buy one of these houses, as she is recently widowed, nearing 70, and wants to move to somewhere close to the main street and shops.

Does anyone know anything about them? They look like they have been finished for some time now, but still hardly any are occupied... I just want to try and help her avoid buying a lemon, if you know what I mean...asking price is 120K
