Should I go back to hospital?

    I had a massive tumble from my bicycle yesterday evening. Braked to avoid car swerving in front of me just after driving through something oily on the road. Landed on left side of body and slid down road for 50 metres or so.


    Felt **** at time (nauseous and fainted) and have almighty left arm pain since then. Slept v badly last night. Went to A&E and the doc there said he could see no breaks in 3 X-rays taken of upper and lower arm but a radiologist would look at the X-rays on Monday. I'm in awful pain, this feels like sth more than soft tissue damage.
    Should I go back to A&E with my wristband from last night?

    hould I go to Swiftcare clinic of the Beacon today?
