Getting Broadwell or should I wait for Skylake?

I'm going to buy a new desktop soon, and I did already config my new setup, which will be socket 2011-v3 with Intel X99 chipset.

As far as I can remember, intel was going to launch a new chipset and socket for the new Skylake processors, but wiki only tells me "LGA 1151 socket"
Is there already a new chipset planned for the high end market? or should i just get a Broadwell?
