Rads heating slower than before

Hi I have a large stove with back boiler heating my house, I've noticed over the last couple I months that the rads are taking a lot longer to heat up, well over an hour to be at a good heat. It uses to take a half hour to 40 minutes to be really hot.
I can hear the water boiling in the back of the stove within the hour and the flue temp is on average 400 - 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
Would anyone have an idea of what could be causing this?
Nothing special about the rads they are standard

30 degrees, always had it set to that, plumber that installed it a few years back left it at 60 I couldn't figure out why, took ages to get to 60

It must be set to 55 at least. Your water will not heat and there's a chance of legionella then
