My employer pays my health insurance but I pay separately for my Wife and kid all under the same policy, I've see that I have €200 relief for 2014 based on what my employer sent into revenue, am I entitled claim relief separately on what I pay for my Wife and Child(first year is free but after that) as this comes out of my wages.

Tried reading up on the revenue site but doesn't have anything about split payment of a policy.

You may already be getting the relief on your wifes policy at source. Employer paid policies are dealt with differently.
Can you login to your account? Some insurers list the premium cost and say whether it's net of relief or not.

Just checked my policy, its has this on it:

Tax relief the Revenue Commissioners allow for private health Insurance: €400

Does this mean I can ring revenue and ask them to apply the other €200 relief as its how the health insurer has calculated my premium?
