Has anybody tried to switched their variable rate mortgage to another lender who offers a better interest rate? I got a letter in the post addressed to "Dear Homeowner". It was from the Dublin Mortgage Company in Rathfarnham. www.dublinmortgagecompany.ie. Has anybody dealt with them before or with any similiar companies. They adertise that you could save in excess of €73,000 in repayments on a €300,000 mortgage over 30 years.

    Thanks
