Crown quick dry paint.

I'm painting a interior door and need some advice.
I've already applied two coats of undercoat and one coat of gloss.

I'm using Crown quick dry gloss which dries really really fast. The slightest touch of the brush on an area painted only half minute earlier will leave a smudge.
Is there any way to avoid this. Will the second coat be easier to apply. Should I sand down before the second coat.

    Thanks
