Hi, You an't cover over brake lines, but whats the story rory if you cover suspension swing arms, driveshafts, track rods etc in underseal? Also, can you bury bushing under a lump of grease/silicone or something? Ta

Hi,

You an't cover over brake lines, but whats the story rory if you cover suspension swing arms, driveshafts, track rods etc in underseal?

Also, can you bury bushing under a lump of grease/silicone or something?

I don't know about the other parts but I suspect that if the tester cannot see the condition of the bushes he'll fail you on the spot. Why would you want to do that anyway?

no amount of gunk will hide worn bushes.

If they are worn they need replacing.

Maybe if you wrapped all the bushes in €50s it might work

I hope you gunk up the bushes and suspension and then get failed. You'll have to clean it up and pay again. What a chancer....delboy wheeler dealer by the sounds of it.

Paint everything in CV grease. Testers love that! It's an automatic pass so it is :pac:.
