Conversion Programme

    Hi,

I am wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction to find help in some sort of a Conversion Programme to allow a former student with a degree in Quantity Surveying to change direction. He done this coarse and graduated in 2010 but got no work in this field and now as so much time has passed he is not getting a chance as the companies only look for recent grads. So we were hoping there might be something out there where he could do something that would compliment this or even a complete change in career path.

    thanks in advance

I know UCD and other places do Masters Programs / H Dip conversions in computer science, might be worth considering (if he has any interest in that area, wouldn't suggest anyone should do it 'just because').
