Flying to Boston tomorrow 2nd Feb '15 departure moved to Dublin from Shannon

    I just received an email to say that my flight from Shannon to Boston has been cancelled tomorrow due to adverse weather and that I will be accommodated on the 2pm flight from Dublin to Boston. They are providing a bus from Shannon to Dublin.

    Does anybody know if I have to turn up in Shannon to check in and get the 10:30am bus to Dublin or can I make my own way directly to Dublin Airport?

    The email they sent me half an hour ago gives me the link to their customer service contact details but their call centre is closed!

    If i was me I would check in online and make my own way to Dublin Airport, that is provided the departure has been updated.

    Ya, I had checked in before the flight was cancelled. I tried to look at the check in page again and it now says check in is unavailable for this flight. I suppose i'll just have to wait until the morning and ring customer service and see what they say.

    It must be bad weather in Boston, as the flight from Boston tonight back to shannon is cancelled, as is yours tomorrow from shannon to Boston. Presuming the plane is stuck in Boston.
