I think all of the universities are doing some form of law and business now. Few students are going the traditional direction of solicitor/barrister. Huge number go into accounting professionally. I know quite a number from my class did (Corporate law in NUIG).

There is some accounting elements to it. It is not exclusively accounting though. Email the universities with the courses you are interested in and ask them for the subjects they offer.

    Hi OP
I did this course and went down the law route. The vast majority in my class went down the accounting/finance/tax route so I was the odd one out. It definitely helped me, the majority of the top commercial Dublin firms are looking for something beyond a straight law course at the moment and UL Law and Accounting is highly regarded from my experience. If you have any questions feel free to send me a message and I'll help in any way I can!
