    I'll imbed the image for you. Grab the white bit in the middle and pull down. It should pop off for you.

    I had one like that and it used to fall down , if there was any vibrating overhead .
    Its the push-up type

    I think you just grab the central bit and pull straight down.

    It's not a bulb...it's a tube:) just pull it straight down as the others have said. Just made sure the base is well secured to the ceiling so it doesn't come with it.
