Help me identify this Shrub/Plant in my garden

    Hello Everyone,

about a year ago we built a Flowerbed in a corner of the garden and the wife just put some plants in that she liked, but somehow didn't think about keeping track on what they actually were.

And one of them seems to be growing by the day, and is slowly getting too big for it's current position. So I am trying to identify what exactly it is, so that I can figure out if I can cut it, or if I should rehome it etc.

    Any help much appreciated.

    Thanks,
    DubDani

Looks like Hebe 'red edge'. It doesn't get that big. Should be fine where it is.

If you want to prune it a bit (or even quite a lot) it will thicken out, they tend to sprawl a bit if left. It will not get much higher than that.

Hebe. Can stand any amount of clipping, if you care to.
It is evergreen, - and red, LOL - which can be useful for cutting flowers for the house in winter.
