    Hi all

I'm so unbelievabley excited because I have a career suitability assessment next week with a fab company that I know it would be great to work for. It would also mean me getting to move out of Ireland which I would like a lot.
My problem is, I have a little experience in what the job is, but not a lot. They say experience is preferable, not esssential, as training is provided. I am nearly sure it will be a compotency based interview, just wondering how can I show my genuine enthusiasm and want and willlingness to work hard when I don't have so much experience?
    TIA
    :)
