The game is going to be announced on Saturday, at least we know it will not be a mobile game, some images here but mainly all backdrops, looks like a RPG or MMO http://www.jp.square-enix.com/msz/

So the game ended up being Minna de Spelunker Z and will be F2P, no release date outside of Japan yet, but there is a good chance of it coming out as Spelunker HD got a localisation and was a great platformer to boot.
