Cost for grommets/nasoscopy/CT scan done privately?

Hi, just wondering, does anyone know what the price for getting grommets (tympanostomy tube) in one ear would be please? I saw an ENT specialist today - who didn't do them but could refer - they suggested a few hundred euro? Said it would take 10 to 20 minutes, local anaesthetic.

Was told that first I have to go away and get a tympanometry test carried out at an audiologist to see whether there is liquid in my middle ear (otitis media). If that is clear and it's not otitis media then I'll need a nasoscopy to see if there is eustachian tube dysfunction and/or a sinus CT scan to see if there is a sinus infection/inflammed sinuses. I'm unsure how much a CT scan and a naoscopy would cost? I know an MRI is €200 so I'm guessing that each shouldn't be more than €200 (each)?

The ENT specialist I saw used a pneumatic otoscope, she couldn't see anything though she said the middle ear canal can sometimes dip so there could be an effusion (liquid in ear) though she may not be able to see it. Though a tympanometry test should be able to tell, supposedly. I don't know. She also squeezed air up each nostril and got me to say something while she did it and had a tube connected into my ear to which she was listening as I spoke and as she pumped air up my nostril. Have zero idea what that "test" is called?

Have had a blocked ear/pressure in ear for months now, dull numb blockage/pressure. On public ENT list but that takes up to 2.5 years to even be seen. In the last week or two have started getting ear pain and headache. The entire thing cracks you up, have had to take a semester off uni (mature student), mood has gone to hell, ready to snap. Yep, not good. Thanks.
