Hello everyone.Recntly i've start working ,got a contract of probationary period of 6 months and at the paragraph of hours of work it state that: hours of work will vary from week to week depending on the requirements of the business,you are expecting to co-operative in working additional hours if necessary in order to ensure the efficient discharge of the employee's duties and/or to meet the needs of co 's business.Under this circumstances the co will act in acordance with the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997-2001.
What the minimum hours,please?Thanks.What is that paragraph means?
