I just got back from football tonight and for whatever reason started thinking about this condition. I think it's because I've been exercising quite a bit since the new year and I'm the fittest I've been in a long time.
I didn't work out all that much last year and gained a stone. Back then I had some concern that my diet could lead to getting type 2 diabetes. I went to diabetes Ireland and took the test to see if I was at risk. Thankfully the results indicated that I was low risk.
Out of curiosity is there anyone here living with diabetes and how does it affect your life?

This isn't really the right forum for that discussion. However there's a whole thread about diabetes in the Long Term Illness forum.

As above, After Hours isn't the place for this discussion. Long Term Illnesses is the place to go.

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test
