You need to find out if it's January to December that holidays run through in the year then if you resign now and leave mid February youd be due about two and a half holiday days

Find that out you might just be a month into a new year and only have a day or two built up

We can take holidays through out the year.

Yes but you have to build them across the working year, if you have only built up 2 days that's all you will get, they won't give you holiday days you have not built up
